About DB Card Studio

• DB Card Studio was founded in April 2003. We are dedicated to helping you create unique and personal invitations and announcements and have worked hard to develop a pocket invitation system that is as beautiful as it is easy to use.

Swatches

• We want you to feel confident that the items you order are going to be exactly what you envision. We'll send as many paper swatches as you need to help with your decisions. Order up to 10 swatches, at time, for $1.*

Samples

• If you know your colors and would like to see an actual pocket with the coordinating accent layers and enclosures before you place your final order, we can do that, too! Tell us your color specs and we’ll ship a sample to you. Each complete (not printed) sample is $4.*

Pricing

• DB Card Studio reserves the right to change or update pricing at any time.
• DB Card Studio is located in Minnesota. As f July 1, 2008, all Minnesota residents are required to pay 6.75% sales tax on all items.

Payment Options

• DB Card Studio accepts orders online using our secure server. We accept VISA and Mastercard. All prices are in U.S. dollars and will be billed according to the credit card companies' policies. We reserve the right to request additional identification. If needed, we will contact you by email and process the order after we receive those requirements by email.

Refunds & Exchanges

• All sales are final. In an effort to keep prices as low as possible, there are no refunds or exchanges on shipped merchandise. If your merchandise arrives damaged, call within three business days of receiving your order, and our customer service department will take care of it immediately, at no cost to you.

Shipping

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• DB Card Studio ships within the United States of America. We can not ship to international addresses at this time.
• We can not ship to PO boxes.
• Delays may occur due to weather, product availability or other conditions. We will inform you, by email, if your order will be delayed.
• Orders take 2 to 3 days to process unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are shipped via ground delivery. Add 1 - 10 business days after processing.
• If you need expedited delivery or delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please, call for rates.

Privacy Policy

• DB Card Studio does not sell or exchange names or any personal information to anyone, at any time, for any reason....ever.
